Generally the leads go under the PF and are soldered to the GI...usually you can just unsolder and pull out.

HEck maybe you get down there and just reflow the solder and maybe it helps.

Good point..it is something everyone should know how to do. I'm sure a lot of people are surprised when it's juts a couple of plastic pieces snapped together and a couple nuts.
