I just did this to my high speed.
Low tack frisket and an xacto knife.
Scuff up the black without sanding the graphic.
Pull the backing paper off frisket and apply it over graphic.
Cut around the graphic. Your cut DOES NOT have to be perfect as long as you are very close. If you leave a little of the original black on there under the frisket, a 1/16" will not show. Do not cut onto the graphic.
Test spray semi gloss rustoleum black onto something else. If it is an ok match, mask off the surrounding cabinet and spray the entire panel. Spray in very light coats from a distance of 12"to 15". If the sheen is not what you want, go wetter on the last coat.
Do not overpaint.
When paint is dry to touch (30min) pull back frisket slowly back over itself (180*).
I did not take before pics but i can send you after pics showing the areas that were painted this way. I was able to keep most of the cabinet original while repairing the battle scars. High Speed is a stencil cabinet so i used this method on the black, the red and the yellow, all with rattle cans.
