I bought some of those for a Night Rider a couple of years ago. I guess they are made out of the same material. I applied them like I do decals on model cars I build. Wet the inserts with a little bit of water and apply the decal. The water helps get the decal where u want them. Soak up excess water with a paper towel. Then use a hair dryer in low heat to seal them on the inserts. Take your time with the hair dryer and stay about 10-12 inches away moving it slowly. Worked great on mine.
