Hi all I was curious what everyone is using for the best wax or polish on ACDC Limited Edition or Premium?Since both these models have the lower playfield window. What is everyone cleaning the inside of the lower playfield window with? Thanks Dave

Wax is not needed in my opinion. Nearly too fast/tough as is.
Novus 1 is all I use.
I haven't opened up the lower PF yet but it's due.

I asked Steve Richie and he said Carnauba wax for the playfield. I'd use Blitz brand.

I did not ask about the underside of the window, but maybe some antistatic spray for computer monitors would keep the dust from sticking?

I agree the game is plenty fast.I was asking more about what to keep it smooth and keep from wearing on the playfield.Same with the lower playfield window.I don't want to spray something on there that is going to damage it somehow from the inside.Dave

    I hear you.

I've used computer monitor anti static on Black Hole and Congo with no damage done. Kept dust from accumulating on the underside.

Computer screens are made of many different types of plastic, so you'd figure they can't sell a spray that is going to damage plastic of any type.

I used the Eagle Superior Nanowax Spray. It is a nanoparticle carnuba wax. You spray it on and wipe it off.

I waxed my play field for AC/DC and it is almost too fast. Is there a way to slow it down or remove the wax?

Wax is important for protection, Novus does not protect anything. Carnauba will add a layer of protection. Ideally some UV protectant is good as well. Pinballpro carries Pinhedz, as does Mezel, and thepinballwizard

It will slow down in a few days of use.

But hell yeah is AC/DC fun with a fresh wax job!
