You could go 3 pins then a TV, then 4 pins and have couches and tables across from them.
In the first picture I have 7 pins and a TV, from Comet to the wall is 21 feet with an old 47” TV which is the same width as the newer 50” TVs. From 10 feet viewing you won’t need a real large one. Put the pins slightly closer and hang a new 45” TV and it would fit no problem, plus you have mostly newer sterns which have a much narrower backbox than an older Williams or Bally.
Edit: Just did the math, if you had 7 Sterns 1/2” space between backboxes and a newer 50” TV it would fit 20 feet exactly, so if you want more space between games get a smaller TV.
The second picture is what I have across from the pins and it is 10 feet to the front edge of the couch so your couch would be just a little closer than mine and my table with the 2 stools is much closer but I can JUST get the glass off the games in front of them.
