I'd say for all around flipper skills, accuracy, and nudging would be system 11 games. They can be very unforgiving with poor shots, or, just merciless in general. For rule memorization have to go with newer Stern stuff, Spiderman, family guy, and ac/dc come to mind. Also tspp, but I just don't like the game that much.
