A related question: when someone buys a pin NIB and then sells it, does the Distributor continue to support the sale? I'm wondering what others have experienced. In the past I've worked directly with Stern on any problems, but it seems that they want you to work through the Distributor now. I don't blame them, it's not scalable to provide direct support.

Answering my own question. In my case, the distributor ignored my phone call and PM. I've sorted my problem out myself, at my expense. The silver lining is that I saved enough money (vs. buying NIB) to buy more node boards down the road, if necessary.
