I originally had a Lectro Truck and did not like it. It was crazy heavy and was very slow to use on stairs. I sold it and bought an Escalara from Larry and really like it. I bought the shorter model (MS-60) because I have to make two 90 degree turns on my stairs and there is not enough room on the landings to keep the load tilted back with the longer models. You may want to consider the shorter model with your 180 degree turn. The longer model does make breaking the load back easier, but in my case it just would not fit.

You may want to consider some accessories, which you can buy with the unit or wait and try out the unit and buy them later. I got the big wheels that snap on when I ordered the unit. They are nice when moving things long distances, but I really don't use them much. I later ordered an extra cargo strap (which in my opinion is something you really do need) and the step edge detection kit (which is kind of neat, but I really don't use it much).
