Two more: Animal I Have Become by 3 Days Grace and I Don't Care by Apocalyptica ft Adam Gontier. I know, same singer. Don't sleep on the Apocalytica. Some of the heaviest shit you will ever hear being played on cellos and string instruments.
Not a big country fan but you have to like Wagon Wheel by Old Crow Medicine Show. The Darius Rucker cover is great as well.

I saw the same show. The whole thing was great!
I was in Vegas in 05 I think it was when Green Day opened up the Billboard Music Awards. They played for about the first 15 minutes of the show, and tore the house down. Really great performance, especially considering it was at an award show.
