Most of the distros are going to have very similar pricing. I just work with people I like and trust. Yes a few long term customers may get slightly better pricing but it wont be that much off. You always see people claiming that they paid X and most are flat out lying, are best buddies with a distro and get an inside deal, or are talking about a game they bought 3 years ago like it happened this week.

Stern keeps most of the distribution very much inline. Some like automated might have enough clout to be able to undercut a little but they also are the dealer that ends up with half the WWELE and KISSLE's that get made. They have the storage and capital to be able to sit on slow sellers for years when distributors cannot.
