I'm not sure why 1985 was chosen as a year. If you want pre-multiball you go 1979. If you want pre-ramps you go 1979. If you want pre-habitrail you go 1982.

1984 Space Shuttle has ramps
1983 Firepower II has the first habitrail
1980 Black Knight and Firepower have multiball
1980 Xenon has the first ramp

I'd declare clear parameters, and start the thread over from scratch. Call it,
"Name your favorite SS pins from 1976-1981 (with no multiball or ramp)", and be crystal clear about the parameters.

I'll be interested to see how many pins after considered "awesome" after 1981 that are flat without ramps, without multiball, without toys, without habitrails. I didn't think this was an Easter Egg hunt to find duds after 1981 with these criteria.

Also, as the OP, do you have the power to remove all the games that were added that do not meet the criteria? The fact that Black Knight, and others that fail your criteria are up there continue to add confusion to the thread.

That sounds great. Now, if you choose, you can actually reduce more confusion permanently from your thread by using your gardening skills. Head right up to the top of the thread, and remove the games up there that don't fit your criteria. (The list off to the right). People are going to continue to "read into" that list (and not read your un-bulleted list of requirements) and see all the games with multiball and add more games with multiball.
