I've got a couple Stern games I bought off route (SPP and WPT). On both of them, the ball shooters were worn out. The
I realize the Oilite bushing are supposed to wear and be replaceable. I have some, I hammered them out, hammered in new ones, and apparently bent them enough I couldn't get the shooter rod through. I ended up putting in a couple whole new housings, and that just seems like a waste.
What's the best way to make these parts work well without putting in all new parts... or a Williams mechanism?
