I have bought from a few different places, and found that bayonet based LEDs have a low failure rate no matter where you get them, but for wedge based bulbs quality is really hit or miss with as high as a 10% failure rate from some manufacturers. However... COMET had the lowest failure rate by far. So I would say COMET.
There’s a small company that you might try if the other leads already mentioned don’t pan out.

Definitely worth a try.
If they end up being a bust then you can always try comet pinball. They’re pretty good.
In a pinch I’ve gone with comet but that’s if my other 2 suggestions are duds.

Hurricane has good drinks, but lousy led's.
Cyclone has great corn dogs, bad led's.
Comet is the way to go.

Other reputable LED providers include Titan Pinball and Cointaker. While I am a loyal customer to both these vendors, I always go to Comet for my LEDs.
