If you want proof, then use the easiest (and already inflated) ebay data which is tracked at boston pinball.

With 15 sales and an avg price of ~2k, that is all the proof you need that you can easily find them under 2k. Other proof is my word of ones I have passed on which were all functional and less than 2k. WCS is simply an deasy title to find fully functional for under 2k with a little searching and they are sold on a regular basis. Go over to the WCS club thread and see how many people have picked one up in the past few months.
