    The compendiums aren't very good. The writing is dull. Game discussions don't go beyond rulesets which isn't very interesting. The pictures are good so buy them if you want big picture books.

    For me pinball books pretty much begin and end with Roger Sharpe's Pinball! It's fantastic.
