Well, technically, it's still waiting to be picked up tomorrow. It has been packed and shipping label printed. You receive an email when I print the label. It should arrive on Saturday.

Edit - what I get is a led here and there that strobes like crazy all the time. Probably not the same thing.
Have you tried making sure the socket makes good contact with the bulb? That is the most common cause of the problem you describe.
