There are many examples of great Gottlieb art packages (some dogs too) and I’m mostly only familiar with Gottlieb EMs from the 70’s.

I want to learn more about good or better playing, non-Gottlieb EM’s with 3” flippers that have great art packages since I’m open to more diversity in my collection.

What are the best looking and at least OK paying 3” flipper EM’s that are not Gottliebs?

Thanks in advance for all your comments and pics

Sea Ray comes to mind, it has 3 inch flippers. Thought of CapersVille but it has 2 inch flippers.

Space Odyssey, has decent art work.

Some people would like Sterns Stampede, but that might not fly in your home.

I like the art on Mars Trek, OXO, Captain Fantastic and Space Time.

Both are fantastic playing games as well. Captain Fantastic has great art, but it's kinda a dog to play imho.

I'll add Argosy to the list as well. Great game, great art.

Some harder to find games are the EM Zaccarias from that era.

I still love the art on my Bally Skyrocket. Simple, yet the insert integration and layout is awesome

#oxo - Iconic 'Pointy People' and awesome neon colors.
Capt. Fantastic and The Brown Dirt Cowboy - Beautiful backglass, so-so play.
Wizard! - Lots of good art but the cabinet art is what stands out from other art packages.
Space Mission / Space Odyssey - If the backglass is good enough to be hung in Harry Williams office, it has to to be considered. Art has nice blue and yellow contrasts.
    Strato-Flite / Super-Flite - Awesome B-58 Hustler look-alike on backglass.
Rancho - A really fun and detailed Western-themed art package that has a snake with a mustache and hat that meanders amongst the bonus inserts right in front of the player. On the backglass - the front gate has misspelled signs, a rattlesnake with a sign around it's 'neck' that say 'pieson snakes', two lovely ladies in the fanciest garb of the time, a buzzard or vulture, a goofy looking horse, some kind of commotion going on at the ranch house and a sleeping cowboy in the foreground, with a rifle. Just a fun art package!

Yes, a thumbs up for Rancho. Fun art and a challenging game to play as well.

This artwork is similar to the "It's a Small World" ride at Disney.

An extremely attractive game, and maybe the best backglass ever.
