Pit Stop is a favorite among players at my house. Unlike most multiplayer games, it does not reset after each ball, and continues progress throughout the game for each player.

Grand Prix and Air Aces are a couple of great multiplayers that have made there way in and out of the garage.

I forgot to mention Magic Clock. Any time you have a multiplayer that includes some kind of cool feature that won't be found on a single player of the time, it becomes a good choice.

Quoted from bellbrand:

I guess I am just not a fan of Bally's artwork on EMs

Good! I figured sooner or later you would be after my Fireball.

You should probably start out with one.

That's why I love my Pit Stop. Two players but the race doesn't end and the playfield doesn't reset until the game is over.

Fireball II might be worth getting. Fireball Classic without the zipper flippers was just wrong. And the home version should be left at the Goodwill.

I had a classic for about a week. A very nice one. It had a slightly harder skill shot than the original, but as mentioned, the two inch zipper flippers are what gave the original Fireball much of it's charm.

Still Pit Stop on this coast.

Joker Poker is a nice layout and fun to shoot, but very limited in rules. Knock down all drop targets, get the extra ball and special, let the ball drain and do it all over again. Surfer had no staying power. Too easy to roll the score on. Got rid of that thing in a couple weeks.

I guess it's all relative when you have others that you find much more challenging and interesting.

I don't have 8-Ball, but Norm Clark designed several of the best multiplayers in my collection-

Pit Stop
Lady Luck
Jolly Roger
and Eager Beaver

If an 8-Ball shows up for sale nearby, I will be looking to add that one too.
