EMs through Premier. I'm going to be doing a retheme of a Gottlieb pinball, and I have an idea. But I wanted to hear your views.
I like Centigrade 37, Canada Dry, Genie Backglass. But there are so many.

GEMINI
Woah. How little I know. Never saw that one before!
Quoted from vidguy:Atlantis with its original blue color, not the faded green.
I also always liked Pin Up. Reminds me of Scooby Doo

I have never run across a Pin - Up. Great art. How's the game itself?

Haven’t actually played it, but it’s got a fairly good rating here. And just after I posted this I found one for sale in Omaha. Hmmm…

Pin Up is my favorite EM. As a teener in the 70’s that is the game that I put tons-o-money in! If the pin was busy at the local arcade, I’d walk to the laundromat to play it there. Next in line was Goldstrike.
I love the game and artwork of Pin Up. Bowling was a big part of my life as well as a kid through my 30’s. That’s the game that got me into the pinball hobby about 30 years ago as I wanted to have one of my own. It may appear easy but is not so. Knock down the 10 pins and then it’s off to free ball land…CRACK GOES THE KNOCKER! : ) As you roll over the roll over in middle of playfield it changes position of the lit pin for free ball.(s) The bullseye target also light for free balls.
I had lots of EM’s over the years and have sold off all but Pin Up. It’s the game that goes to my grave with me.
Another favorite of mine was the artwork on Melody, another pin I have owned.

As my favorite backglass artwork it would probably be Melody. Another great game I have owned.
Jungle Princess has AWESOME artwork, and fun gameplay.
Astro is the only pin I have and would ever own based off artwork. It's a fun pin but the BG and the "easy on the eyes" art make it a pin I'll own for a long time!
Alien Star art is bitchin' as well

You can't disCOuNt the Mylstar era under Columbia Pictures' henchman, Bob Bloom with the Aviator sunglasses in his bidnessman portrait.

You know, I loved it in the book that Marcelo did. Then I found out he hadn't color corrected ANY of the images in his book. Totally different colors. Still nice.
Probably because of my age, I tend to like Gordon Morrison's stuff - particularly Strange World, Far Out and Gemini. But damn, that Queen of Hearts backglass by Roy Parker is gorgeous!
Another vote for 1980 Asteroid Annie.
Don't leave out 1976 Canada Dry.
I linked some other Gottlieb games above that have good artwork.
So much great stuff to choose from
Found this unmade gem today

Quoted from Sarge:As a total integrated art package, I always liked Buck Rogers
One of the best backglasses in pinball.
I really dug these that I've owned - Jacks Open, Top Card, Jet Spin and 2001. With folks flying around on jet surfboards or falling thru space, whacked-out geometrical things going on, horizons waaay in the distance, people in tights running around with card suit objects etc. Where I don't really understand what's supposed to be going on exactly but it looks cool and 3-dimensional and a little mind-bending.
Here are some of the games that have been referenced in comments, from the games section.

Somehow I have never seen Robowar, very cool sci-fi artwork!
