In the past week, almost invariably, each time I play the Spiderman and I am on to a great start, something comes up that ruins the whole thing. Today for instance, I am still on the first ball with over 100M, several multipliers, the extra ball etc... Just as I start the BSM, the wife shows up at the door and she's forgotten her keys. Same story yesterday with one of the leg caster cup sliding out and tilting the whole game. Earlier a slingshot titan sillicone ring broke. And before that a sandman screw came loose and popped out in the middle of the playfield. Always on the first ball, and always when things are going really well for me.

Have you guys had your best game ever ruined?

Sounds like grounds for a divorce if you ask me.

You should get rid of that thing. Its ruining your life. I'll be glad to take it off your hands so just ship it on over.

I'm sure his wife is not all that bad.

You need to explaine something to your wife...

Turn on the Coin door open ball recovery setting: when the wife's locked out just open the coin door and it will save your ball when it drains. Also good for when things break in mid play.

I was having the best game of my life on RFM, and my daughter pushed the start button and reset my game. I did not learn from this, and a week later she did the same thing to me when I was playing CP. I do not have my machines set on slow start anymore.
