ManySterns have multiple drop target banks. Some are more central to the rules than others. I would say Catacomb and Big Game are cool because you have to shoot specific drops at specific times to progress. More sharpshooting than some of the others.
However my favorite Sterns in order would be:
Star Gazer
Nine Ball
Quicksilver
Catacomb
Seawitch
I'd put Bally EBD right with Star Gazer and Fathom between NB and QS. But that's another discussion.
