Williams, 1957I looked for an answer before posting, but didn't see one.
Its time to clean the grime off my 1957 
Hi-Hand, so I can put the newly polished metal pieces back on it.
I tested scrubbing with water in an inconspicuous spot --a different cabinet of the same machine-- with no problems, so a water based cleaner ought to be ok.
What's the best cleaner to use?
I started a Crazy Clean thread this summer with some examples of cabinet being cleaned. A few other applications too.

The description of it at Home Depot says it removes dried latex paint. Is that the one you mean or is there another one?
