My vote would be for the 8-Bit Arcade in downtown Renton, WA. 26 pins, all in top nick because the owner/ops are all great technicians and love their games. Good beer from Big Al's (also local). The owners also run The Local 907 sports bar across the street which has a High Speed II and serves great sandwiches and other bar food.

The Museum sells beer. It's a barcade.
Shorty's is having their big annual tournament tomorrow. Dunno if I'm gonna play, though. 80 or more people in a tiny area like Shorty's. Nope. Not my thing.
Which is another point for the 8-Bit. 80 people could easily all fit inside. Nice outside back patio where you can smoke, phone, and/or just chill with your pinball pals too.
    Other Seattle locations:
Flip Flip Ding Ding (Georgetown, 16 pins)
    Add-A-Ball Amusements (Fremont, 18 pins)
Another Castle, Arcade Edition (Lynnwood, 15 pins)
