I'll have to echo the admonitions against spending on CV or TOTAN if resale is a concern. I'm not sure how many hands I'd need to count the number of people I've seen today only who have sworn off ever playing a JPop again. Plus you run the risk of an angry drunken mob attempting to burn your machine like some sort of French Neo-Geo cartridge-destroying frenzy.
