This feels like 2 lists. A and B.
A titles:
White water
Congo
High Speed 2
Fish Tales
B titles:
Terminator 2
Jackbot
No good Gofers
World Cup Soccer
No Fear
For the record, I would choose Congo, but I know a lot of people like white water. It just isn't my preferred style of game.

I think the OP should just give a dollar amount. That would solve this much quicker.

I already voted for Congo, but with a 5k ceiling...i would opt to try to get 2 games instead of one. No good gofers and fish tales would be my "2 for 5k"

Dredd is an A list game that is still going for B list prices...although it has been rising.

You would certainly have to look, but there was a NGG for 2400 just a few days ago, and I have seen 2 fish tales for around 2500 in the last month. These needed some help, however..
