Getaway
Fish Tales
Baywatch is a great bang for the buck.
Flinstones is fun but to own.
BSD and Congo are amazing but maybe over 6k these day.
Indianapolis 500
No Fear is not bad if you set those tilts tight.
Cosmic Gunfight

I've owned Demolition Man for about a month now and wow, this is a great game. The rules and flow keep it exciting. Definitely the best bang for your buck. Getaway is still my favorite.

Quoted from Yoko2una:

Even if it is, Congo gets old… FAST! Probably the most deserving game of a 2.0 software rewrite. Layout is a 10. Long term replay-ability is a 3.

agree, average theme, but great layout.

Shadow, Getaway, and FT are gonna be hard to find under 6k unless they need work or are in players condition. And lets be honest, theres a huge difference between picking up a 3k pin vs 6k. On the cheap end Lethal Weapon is a fun shooter and so is Police Force.

For $3-4k you can’t beat DM or JD. Fast, inventive layouts with great main toys, code and theme integration. Comparable to the other Superpins going for $10k+, but once again prove the power of theme, and art in DM’s case.

Hs2 are easy to find sub 6k. Lmao.

I usually try not to assume anything but in all honesty, if someone can spend 4K on an adult toy, they can also likely spend 8K on one too. Here’s a secret though, Stern is well aware of this. Just buy what you like and be patient. If you got 4K and can’t afford what you like, just wait until you have more extra $ and then buy it. Pinball is not some voodoo form of entertainment, works like all other adult toys but I must say, it DOES tend to hold it’s value much better! I’ve been collecting all kinds of junk for over 20 years. One thing that is very relevant across many types of collectibles is that sometimes patience is required but, it’s not always used.

Youre right, but theyre nearly 6k in players condition. I still think trying to find a fun first machine around 3k is far different than dropping 6k. F14 Tomcat would be a fun cheaper option.
