Gameplay I give to BSD (mist multiball is so cool) but entire package goes to FT due to its art, humor and best video mode ever, IMO.

My trifecta is FT, BSD and JD.

Is that how you would rank them, or is that your prediction?

That is how I would rank them and is hopefully an accurate prediction.

Wow, all good games here. Tough to choose the top 1
I voted Judge Dredd.
Mostly because in the price range I feel it offers the most bang for your buck. All of the titles listed would be great 1st games for someone just getting into the hobby.
Lots of fun without having a 2nd mortgage.

Agreed that JD is probably the most bang for the buck, there is a ton of stuff in that game. Has excellent art, good sound and a unique playfield with fun shots. I don't know exactly what it is about the game that makes it less engaging to me than FT or BSD. Maybe it's that I don't know of any big scoring payouts to go after, so even though the modes are varied, they all score about the same. It may just be that I'm not familiar enough with the rules.

FT is pretty easy to figure out but still challenging and I enjoy it more hence my ranking it higher. Love the crossing ramp shots to set up the Big Fish hurry-up and looping the long cast shot.

BSD is very fun to play but I can't get passed how ugly it is.

I owned a JM for a while. I think it's the fastest game I've played, incredible flow. The glove is a neat feature but slows the game down too much IMO.

What seems like a minor quibble but one of the main reasons I sold the game was the way it bogged down when too much was happening, causing the inlanes to respond so slowly to flipper button presses that you couldn't select the correct lane.

Not that I'm trying to sway opinions or anything.

FT, HS2, DM.
I still don't understand the love for BSD. Mist Multiball and the best video mode after FT's isn't enough to compensate for the rest of the game.

Two smooth and satisfying to hit ramps with separate lock mechanisms. Stacking all multiballs to get 30Mil jackpot shots is always a rush.

Fish tales also has one drop target in front of the ball lock.
