If your game didn't arrive to a terminal upside down laying on the head on a pallet, and full of glass, you didn't really have a bad experience. Oh, and it was strapped to a pallet when the seller sent it with two ratchet straps.
Yeah, that actually happened (not with Michelle though, every game I wrapped and sent on legs through her had zero issues at all, but it's been a few years.).
