George isn't wrong at all. If you can't get behind the idea, your imagination will be lacking. That also explains a ton about the choices they DO make...and is why we need fresh young blood in the design/dev area.

That part I get, but you are going to be hard pressed to bring in younger audiences if you can't put out something they relate to - also attention spans are much lower now due to a constant access to changing trends so what they like changes much faster than us old bastards.
