Beach Walk? That's a new one. Is it a Beach Time?
first thing I'd try is reset the game and manually step up the score units one at a time to see if you can isolate the problem to a color and score level.
it could be something as simple as a bad lamp/lamp socket.
also check the wires going up through the slinky coil and attaching to wiper finger. Give each one a tug. If you pull it off, it needed resoldering anyway. If one is busted off, it might be shorting to something when the wipers rotate.
