Iv had good customer service from CPR when things have gone wrong. This hobby would be FAR worse off without them and would be far less nice restorations out there. Very few people can/want to do what they do sadly.
From the images it looks like it was damaged in shipping or something. It's a shame they was unreachable as an exchange was probably the best solution here.
