To me it comes down to the theme and how you can relate to the theme. I guess I am younger because I did not grow up watching BM66(I was a decade late). I really have zero interest in BM66 because of the theme and when I did play one I did not care for the rotisserie. If you are older than 45-BM66 if you are younger than 45-BDK? It really does help when you can connect with a theme, to me Batman Dark Knight is in my top 5 favorite movies(that goes a long way with connection). Both games are fun and the crane is the best toy in all of pinball imo(shaker motor is a must).
