Can I use a 12v 5amp hour battery in place of a 12v 4 amp hour battery? Local stores only carry the 5ah version.

Amp hours is the rating of how long it can put out X amount of amps for X amount of hours. A 5AH battery will last longer than a 4AH battery both putting out the rated 12Volts. If it will fit in its place, it will be fine.

That is what I thought but wasn’t certain. Thank you very much.
