Hi there! Wondering about my flippers on my machine. It appears to be hard to shoot up a couple ramps in the game.

My left flipper is 4.8 ohms and my right one is 3.8 ohms. Are these the proper ohms? Are they too high? Or too low?

New to owning a machine so any advice on fixing my issue would be greatly appreciated

Did you measure them in circuit with diode, or out of circuit and no diode.

In circuit you may not get accurate readings.

Im assuming in circuit. I opened playfield and checked on both coils on flippers. What should be normal reading regardless?

Also make sure they are the correct coils, I have bought machines before where the previous owner put underpowered coils in the flippers. Right flipper is a 22-900 and left is 22-1080.
Check the coil sleeve, make sure it isn't too worn.
Check to see if the coil has expanded and the sleeve is now too tight in the coil.
Clean the sleeve and the plunger make sure the plunger goes into the sleeve smoothly.
Some people replace the flipper coils on that machine with stronger alternatives, but my BF runs real well with the stock sizes
