Hello guys, I just recently purchased a Batman Forever on Saturday. I just noticed today that none of the flashers are working, and haven't been since I set it up. I was running through the diagnostics today and none of the flashers work on the flasher test. Any ideas? This is my first Sega/Data East game and I am not quite sure where to start. I have checked/tested all of the fuses, but haven't really gotten any further.
