Batman 66: Penguin Crane has locktite 222ms, how to remove?

Ok, so I have had this Batman 66 machine for a couple of months now; everything is working fine except the Penguin crane.

Let me be specific: When the pinball hits the pendulum bob for the penguin crane, the switch isn't reading at all for crane hit. I have looked at the manual and seems the crane has locktite 222ms, which is an adhesive to prevent the screws from coming loose. I have tried normal screwdrivers, but the screws are tightly fit.

Is there a tool I need to loosen the locktite so the screws are loose? Would I have to reapply locktite once the wire is fixed?

Any feedback would be helpful.

Simple as that. Just get that blow torch on there and you will be all set. LOL.

Hold your solder iron against the screw to heat it. As it heats, it will loosen the adhesion.
