I am in on the December run. Is the general consensus that it will be insider connected? I wouldn’t be sad if it wasn’t.

The new apron is metal nicely finished with shiny black powder coat. Stern didn’t cheap out on it.

My December build B66 is finally home and ready to go! Does anyone know if anyone makes an aftermarket bat gadget selector sticker for the lockdown bar. Those stickers didn’t survive being removed for powder coating. I will probably just do the mod couple mod for the lockdown button. Any leads or suggestions would be appreciated.

Stern website shows B66 in the archive now and not in current games. So I guess its retirement is official now.

The only notable changes are the addition of IC which I have personally enjoyed plus flipper power adjustments and audio filter settings to bring it up to match current sterns. But no real game play changes.

Agree. If it were me I would insure it for $12k USD just to make sure I could get one on the secondary if something happened to it. Probably a little overkill but wouldn’t want to stress.

Move the out lane posts all the way in and set it to 5 ball. Then flip away. This should make it feel like you can progress a little better as you get the feel for the game.
Edit: Crank down slingshot power. Less side drains that way.

What code version are you running? Flipper power adjustments weren’t added until the latest 1.06 game code.

On my factory installed IC for B66 Stern just added a basic 1 to 2 splitter.

Just move the cable from the output of the board you want to use the splitter on to one of the two output ports on the splitter and plug the single side into the port you just took the cable out of. Can you guys regularly backhand the left ramp? I just don’t quite have enough oomph to get it all the way up the ramp. Swapped out coil stops and sleeves but still doesn’t quite make it. Power is turned all the way up and flipper is centered on dot. Both flippers are centered with the dot but it does appear the right flipper travels a little higher when fully engaged. Maybe try adjusting the left flipper up a little bit, but don’t want to ruin other shots chasing a backhand for the left ramp.
