This is another reason I will just accept there notice NO RETURNS, as I don't want to deal with a possibility of months dragging out to get a refund. Just wish I read more on the shaker before ordering.
I think they must be out of town ,I emailed them probably 10 times in the last two weeks with no answer. Hopefully they return after the fourth
