I am looking to pick up a Batman 66 LE in NJ if anyone is looking to sell theirs.
Thanks,
Ed

I have been looking for an LE for a while now and they seem to be unobtanium as nobody is selling theirs probably due to the great code updates that keep coming.
If I opt for a Premium, what will I be missing? I realize the LE/SLE Topper would not be possible to get. What else would I be sacrificing by settling for a Premium? I assume the majority of the mods (Modcouple) would work on any version.
Thanks
Ed
Quoted from jfh:I presume you mean "PinDate"?
I already use the Tournament button space for an external volume control so this isn't for me, but I'm curious about the "Patent Pending" claim - it's a USB extension cable. I ran a 10' one from the backbox to just inside the coin door which works fine. And I don't have to worry about some joker putting a USB stick in an exposed connection and disabling the game.
I like the idea of making it easier to update code, especially for games on location. But if I get another Spike game, I'm just going to go with the $5 USB extension cable option. It's been very useful on Batman lately.
Where can you purchase the external volume control that goes in the Tournament button space?

Thanks! I never win anything so this was a nice surprise. I don’t yet own a BM66 but have had a wanted ad for an LE for 6 months and have not been able to find one yet. Also have offered up a trade of my IMDN LE for one with no interest. I will get one some day but is going to take much longer than I had hoped. Lucky for me, my buddy has one that I get to play. Just picked up the Atomic Pile mod for his 40th birthday last week.
Hopefully one day I will be able to buy all the Mod Couples BM66 mods to put on my machine!
Thanks again!

Quoted from Yelobird:Holly Wow Batman! NIB LE's are showing up on Ebay now for Bat-Crazy prices?!? I guess if you don't want to wait and have 20K your in luck......
That same guy is on Pinside and reached out to my wanted ad seeing if I wanted his for $20k. That is just an insane amount of money for the game and I dont think he would get anywhere near that price...I know a SuperLE went on Ebay for about $16k.
I think he just bought the NIB that was for sale on Pinside a few weeks ago for $10k..Unfortunately I missed out on it and then this guy goes to flip it for double the price. I guess the market will say if it is priced right. At this point, I will likely just go for a Premium.
Quoted from AdeptJR:Just seeing if anyone else has been in contact with them
I spoke with Melissa today, I think she just got back to the office today. Try and call her tomorrow

V1.00.0 - Nov. 15, 2018
=======================
- Added a setting to enable the SLE custom speech.
*Note to SLE owners:
email a photo of your game along with your name and serial number to
[email protected] to have your features enabled in the next
release.
- Added some SLE custom speech.
- Egghead 47/48, 102/103, and 109 now contribute to the bonus when won.
If Bookworm has been won, the (cumulative) Egghead bonuses are awarded
at the end of each ball.
- Added a setting to limit the main channel multiplier. This can be set
to 2X - 5X, or UNLIMITED. The default is 5X. (This award is earned by
finishing any of the King Tut modes after the first (the first saves
the minor villain progress).
- Fixed a scoring issue that was causing major and minor villain mode
scores to be too high after defeating several major villains.
- Resolved an issue with the gadget lock that was causing the timing to
be off by so much that is was no longer possible to achieve a lock using
the button.
- Maximum playfield multiplier from the Atomic Pile lowered to 3X (from
5X).
- Reworked King Tut main channel multiplier such that the next multiplier
earned is one more than the last one earned. This allows the main channel
multiplier to increase even if Bookworm has not been won.
- Added add-a-ball for super jackpot during batusi multiball.
- Cleaned up add jackpot shot logic for Batusi. The display will not show
the pop bumper hits to add a jackpot shot if one cannot be added (either
due to all of the jackpots being lit, or because the super jackpot is
lit).
- Added a lamp effect for pop bumpers when they are available to add a
jackpot shot during Batusi.
- Added new video clip for batusi super jackpot.
- Shortened some video clips for Batusi.
- Cleaned up Batusi award display effects.
- Added instructions to the Batusi background display effect.
- Removed text boxes from Batusi and reworked the display to have the same
look and feel as the rest of the game.
- Added settings for Batusi mode (pop hits and shots to light the super
jackpot).
- Added total effects for minor villain wizard modes.
- Added right target bank targets to Batusi. One hit to the right bank
(instead of completion) enables the pop bumpers for scoring/increases.
- Fixed an issue where the mode select (minor villain and minor villain
wizard) sound was being made even for the cases when the selection did
not change (i.e. there was only one item to select).
- Added add-a-ball + add more time to mystery if both can be awarded at
the same time.
- Fixed an issue with mystery where the award could be multiball, which
when awarded, would then not allow the player to select a minor villain
mode if the TV was lit.
- Fixed an issue that was causing the new minor villain reset adjustment
to not work correctly for some villains.
I want to try and link my BM66 to my Godzilla IC scanner (using a network selector switch) as I did with JP, EHOH and Led Zep. When I look under the playfield at the Node Boards, there are no open RJ45 ports to use for the scanner. Any idea where I can plug the scanner into?
Thanks
Ed
Quoted from tjc02002:On my game there is a splitter installed so that there is a port for the IC. Looks like an off the shelf RJ45 splitter. My game was a 2021 december run with factory installed IC.
Thanks! I will look for one on Amazon!
Appreciate the quick response!

Any chance you can send me a picture of the one Stern used? I was looking at some on Amazon and it says it does not support two connections at the same time so want to be sure I get the right one.
Thanks!
Ed
Quoted from insight75:Here is a pic. Real basic splitter.
Thanks...I found that I had an unused RJ45 outlet in the backbox. I plugged in there and have it working. Thanks!
