Quoted from iceman44:It came on my pin. No rattle in the ramp either.
Can you take a pic of it?
Thanks.

Pic? Why no rattle?
edit: Trekkie got in first
Let's get that kit on the way. Looks like it comes with a spring too.
Edit- I like the factory ramp guard...so far.
Quoted from labnip:Plastic
Is that all from Stern?
Edit: just saw the stern instructions for the ramp kit at the bottom of the box. Be making some enquiries tomorrow.
If anybody that is installing the new ramp guard doesn't need the original, pm me, as I may end up needing a spare or two.

How many batman pins did you buy?
Anyone got any idea how much a top wireform would cost to enclose the ramp? If I stick with my LE order I'd rather go for a complete wireform for the top of the ramp than a plastic, this is a 10k pin after all
We had time to install some BM mods last night and the new style pf protector. It looks like 10 coats of clear have been added. I think the pin plays much faster with the new PET-G pf protector. Took about 3 hours to install.
Batcopter and Batgirl mods next week!
Quoted from dmbjunky:What...have you done...to Indy 500?
Such a shame.
Opps....I added this pic my mistake.
Anyway, Indy500 is a retheme into Disney Cars2. And I have a HS2 rethemed into Disney Cars1.
Quoted from SMI3:My Le with playfield and shooterlane protector.
Love the new screen.
Think this will be a super hit.
your episode 51 badge is a cool one !!
Mounting helicopter pics using a cut hanger. Cut a piece of hanger about 7 inches. Put the end down the tail. Bend the at the foot. Run wire down to nut and washer. Remove nut and washer. Make a u with and sandwich between nut and washer.
Quoted from iceman44:I still have some ramp flyoffs every now and then. Ball is going so fast it just hops the rail. Doesn't seem like anything different, no spacers underneath back of ramp. Did have a big game though.
Great score iceman44 , this code has definintely helped scoring. Loving the pin, and my son doesn't play too much but also loves this one.
Did anyone else notice the little Batman trophy next to the grand champion high score seems to have disappeared with the latest code?

The trophy appears when any player in the previous game makes the HS table. It's still there.

Thanks!
Pin mod update prep for TPF:
Added Car Bra wrap on batman66 SLE lockdown bar, to protect pinstriping. Taking to Texas Pinball Festival in a few weeks.
Looks great.
Feels great.
Had flash on. Might be some reflections.
Quoted from iceman44:This pin is so much fun and addicting. Quite honestly I'm surprised.
.65 to .69 is a world of difference. Lyman is simply the best!!! So much nuance at such an early stage.
Quoted from iceman44:I was thinking the same thing. But I'm sure they have so many more show clips to drop in there.
Initially, honestly, I was thinking Uh Oh, just not enough there layout wise but holy cow wow factor, I'm seeing what this pin can really be ala TWD, but even so much better.
TWDLE was a pin that was just brutal and not a whole lot of fun to just flip but had so much potential because the layout was unique. It was hard and took a LONG time to master.
BM66LE is just great FUN to flip, much like GBLE and I didn't think it would be from day one because of the layout.
Now its like its just simple genius with a whole lot of nuance and potential?
Theme and immersion.
Michelangelo:
-- "Every block of stone has a statue inside it, and it is the task of the sculptor to discover it."
-- "I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free."
Quoted from Cheese_WizardPQ:Looks not good on pic but the batcopter is suspended with a red blinking led on tail. I will also paint with urethane the bar that hold it with same color as the rails
Looks good!
Im doing the same thing but adding a small spinning motor to it.

Mezel was doing that but seems to have abandoned BM66 for Aerosmith

Do what you have to do man to protect her, I think it's awesome your taking your SLE for others to play, have it in a dust free booth if you need to
I'm sure everyone will appreciate you bringing it in the first place, even if you make them wear white overalls, dust mask and gloves

here's my TPF booth setup for the pin. overkill ?
Quoted from J85M:That is literally what I had envisioned, you work fast man
would have posted sooner, but took forever to blow up that ball...

I'd buy one if I could understand enough German to order one ...

That actually looks pretty clever. Might get one just to try it out.
labnip should get one to put over the top of his PF protector.
