How is the shaker motor use in this game? I was planning on buying one depending on how well it was used. I think I might steal the sub from BBH and move it over to BM66 when it gets delivered.
Quoted from Jahkub:Adjusting the rail dialed in the feed to where I wanted it, the bend in the rail I did was to get rid of the sharp metal edge, not to adjust the feed. (I did have to re-adjust after bending the rail)[quoted image]
Whoa! (Joey's voice from Blossom)
How's you manage to bend that???
Quoted from WizardsCastle:Whoa! (Joey's voice from Blossom)

Carefully.
I padded the ends of vice grips and needle nose pliers, using one to do the bend and the other to hold the rail to avoid straining the fasteners.
Quoted from Jahkub:Carefully.

I stupidly tried pulling it out about with needle nose pliers, and now there is a scrape in the guide. Any suggestions on how to buff it out?
Looking for a little help here. Balls starting getting stuck going into the multi-ball lock; the turntable appears to be too high. This hasn't happened in the about 6months that I've had it (bought new). I saw the note in this thread on adjusting the turntable height. I can see how to do that; however, when I went in to do that the entire turntable seems to have a lot of side-to side wobble / slop. Is that typical? I see the white plastic things under the turntable that are supposed to limit the travel but they don't seem to be adjustable. Any suggestions or input? Thanks.

Maybe just check to see how much a new one is?
At least before you make major effort.

Unfortunately they have slack side to side, unless you do like I did and just add an extra piece of nylon guide pressed firmly again the metal circle underneath and problem solved, no more side to side. Becomes level then. Had to drill extra holes in bottom for extra guide to be fitted.
Also, installed extra washers on bottom center post to take up slack as well.
(Shouldn’t be helping you...you’re a Pats fan...or do what Brady would do and take some air out of the stuck balls...that’ll level everything...lol)
Quoted from Wotto:Stern will give you a kit for this
Thank you for the input. I got a hold of them and would appear that my ramp already has the "fix". A small piece of acrylic over the top of the ramp. The problem I am having is the right side of the ramp is to sagging and the ball is shooting off towards the Bat Signal Scoop.
Is this a problem for anyone else?
When in Penguin mode and the crane is in the right most position (not out of the way, but rightmost shot), sometimes the ball gets hung up on top and to the right. Does anyone know if it's possible (and how) to adjust the resting position of the crane so the ball can drop between the crane and sidewall?
Thanks.

Go to the service menu and set the Penguin Lag Adjustment setting to zero and power cycle the machine.
Got a quick question before I have to dig into it too much. I'm not able to start Bat Turn mode. I checked manually with my hand and no matter how precise the shot, Bat Turn will not start when lit. I also tested with Bookworm mode since I know his first shot is that same one. It works fine, but does not pass through. I'm not seeing (visually) a second switch for the exit of that shot, so I'm not sure why Bat Turn won't start. Is there an exit switch I'm missing that needs to be troubleshot?

Thanks for the info and willingness to help even a Pats fan. Poor Tom keeps getting the hate. Don’t worry, he’ll retire in 3-4 more years giving somebody else in the AFC a chance.
Quoted from J85M:This months Stern of Union announcement has some cool new for Bat—Fans, looks like more code is coming!

They said the same thing in last months stern of the union so it might not be an imminent release.
Really enjoying BM66 so far. It’s addictive.
Question.. has anyone created a mod for a bat signal projector that triggers on the prem edition? I see a mod on the pinside marketplace, but on the prem it’s on all the time.

BM66 is an awesome game.
If you buy the correct batsignal projector (depending if you have a topper or not) from Stern, it turns on and off and is interactive with the game for the premium version.

I didn’t realize I didn’t realize stern sold one as an accessory... will go look. Thanks!

I knew i'd eventually hear you say its awesome Con

Maybe they have run out for now, I cannot see any on their website. If you have a premium you will need:
If you have a Villians Topper, batsignal no base
No topper and you just want the light. batsignal with base.
Good Luck!
Quoted from Macca101010:I knew i'd eventually hear you say its awesome Con
You are right Macca.. The more I play it the more I like it. We are looking for a decent powder coater in Newcastle to do the rails, legs and lockdown bar. You know what happens if we spend money or put mods on, they end up in the keeper section!
Like Docs bat signal as the magnet base can be moved to hide in the back stealth style. Pretty classy.
Surprises guests which is great.

I didn’t see last months announcement but I’m in no rush for it the game is already phenomenal, it’s just exciting to know more code is coming, we are extremely lucky to have Lyman on this game.

Nice. Mine is supposed to be here in the next week or two. This waiting thing sucks!
Quoted from Spyderturbo007:This game has 6 balls, right? If so, why does the Stern features matrix say "8 ball multiball"? Is that just a typo?

You didn't add the extended trough and the two extra balls after the 1.02 update????
i kid--- its six buddy. Typo

Mine is still on order, so maybe it does have the extended trough.
Mine is on order with deposit in place...so joining club! Did Stern make a "rules" sheet for this one similar to Munsters?

Anyone have this issue? I know the turntable can be tricky.

No.

Batman66 rules
I'm glad to hear that new code is coming. I wonder if it could possibly include the major villain "taunting" we've hoped for since early on. Now owning the new BK, I'm amazed how much its taunting call outs add to the game experience. IMHO it's the best part of the game.

I looked, and like you, I don’t see it on stern’s website.
I only see one aftermarket option, and in the description it’s very clear that only the LE has the relay to switch the bat signal on and off. It’s on permanently on the premium.
Did this change? Or is there more than one aftermarket option? I don’t think I want one that’s always on. I did buy an aftermarket topper, but I’ll figure out mounting one way or another.

The new catwoman head decals look great! Too bad you can't buy them as an accessory add on for existing BM66 owners. I think they would sell well.
It's a little disappointing that the cards they gave to Julie to sign weren't pre-sorted to be the ones with catwoman on them. Seems like an obvious thing to do but I guess they decided it wasn't worth the effort.

You probably can buy them. It's the only cab art difference. I imagine a distributor could get them.

I was told by a top distributor that Catwoman decals and translites will Not be available under any circumstances. But fingers crossed.

completely agree - I had assumed it would be a catwoman card but I'm not too worried about it, I'm happy with what I have.
could always get this: ebay.com link: 1966 Topps Batman card 27 Catwoman Signed by JULIE NEWMAR PSA DNA

That is weird. I just looked at mine and it has Batman, Robin, and Penguin.
For any Catwoman owners, I am making a custom badge for mine and will likely have a few extras made... these will be reverse printed on lexan and laser cut to match the original one. easy swap.
Still playing around with the layout... artwork has all been re-created @ high-re but here is a low-res preview of what I've put together so far.

Disappointed indeed.
The sales flyer shows 6 signed cards, all with at least Catwoman SOMEWHERE in picture. I can only assume that it is all about money. Simply put, a original signed
card by Julie is worth more if it has her picture on it. Just look at the earlier posting with a link to Ebay for one of the same cards that is listed on the flyer,,, $300+ dollars. Greed pure and simple. One would think that they would get one of those six cards listed on flyer, in their game. Guess not. My game is in transit for delivery next week. Expecting the worst

I bought my machine a while ago and ended up with the "sinister smile" card shown front and center on the flier, kind of sad the cards are just random on a "signature edition" machine.
