It looks like the last Batman 66 bugs and suggestions thread no longer has a moderator / consolidator so I'm starting this thread to maintain a single location that can be updated as code progresses.

Current code level: 0.84
Need to be confirmed on 0.84:

General:
.

* Egghead jackpot shot does not light if running with Catwoman or Penguin modes (OK with Joker).

* after getting Egghead started and changing channel back to Penguin, the Egghead sound effects play when Penguin mode on main TV.

* Sound and callouts are at inconsistent volume. Default voice attenuation settings cause some callouts to be inaudible. Better in .84, but still some issues.

Riddler Mode
* Riddler mode does not light a 2nd shot orange for "to the bat poles"
* Riddler mode does not light SJP for 'Cliffhanger' at the end of any level. Player must complete all Riddler levels to capture.
* No cliffhanger option displayed for Riddler mode

Penguin Mode
* First two (?) crane hits do not activate shaker motor

Confirmed bugs / issues:

Catwoman mode:
* Bruce Wayne speech "To the Batpoles" after orange shot is barely audible over music.

Suggestions:

1) Rotate turntable to Batphone section as soon as VUK shot is made. Current turn is too slow.

2) Batgirl specific mode where the Barbara/Batgirl transformation and Batgirl cycle leaving replace Bruce/Dick answering the Batphone and left orbit for Batmobile leaving Batcave sequence. Have Batgirl prominent in the mode. Maybe you see it when you shoot Penguin mode for the second time (already captured him once) and use footage from Enter Penguin for that version of Penguin mode. The Siren episode where Bruce Wayne is captured and Robin and Batgirl rescue him would be a good choice too.

3) Batgirl multiball mode. Various Batgirl clips and/or Batgirl kicking bad guys.

4) Batgirl cliffhanger mode where she turns up to save Batman and Robin and flips the mode

5) "Holy Whatever" mode where every shot has a Robin Holy saying clip involved.

6) Batclimb mode where the guest stars pop out of the window

7) Villian Vision taunts

Added some ideas for bringing Batgirl into the game. Anyone have other Batgirl (or other game play) suggestions?
