I agree. I'd hardly consider the images on the flyer "iconic art package".

I'm calling BS on this. Have they ever done that before? Some people don't like them but toppers are big sellers for Stern. No way they would miss that opportunity. Maybe the SLE will have some mega special topper. I keep picturing some sort of topper incorporating the Bat signal.

Yeah but the previous 19 pages are all Stern. Only reason JJP is being mentioned now is because we've beat the BM66 speculation to death. Major props to JJP for being one of the few to carry the pinball torch but they have one hell of a mountain to climb if they're even gonna be a splinter in Stern's side. Who the hell wants to wait 2+ years for a game? Meantime Stern cranks out several licenses that people connect with more and end up cancelling their JJP order. When/if the bubble finally bursts Stern will still be the only one left.

Wow I'd love to see some pics Mojo. I think the modders are gonna have a field day on this one. The Bat labels near the flipper and start buttons would be classic.
I just noticed there's a poll at the top for hottest catwoman. Sorry but I can't participate in such poll without Julie Newmar as a choice. And what about Michelle Pfeiffer?

Maybe it was the photoshop comment that got all the downvotes. The other artists you mentioned would be perfect IMO.

Certainly hope Stern doesn't actually believe this. No one wants to drop this much cash on a half assed coded game that just happens to look really cool.
Definitely think Stern is biting off way more than they can chew. Hence the "screw it it's good enough attitude."
These prices were kinda what I was expecting. It's kinda sad to see that such a small percentage of a very niche community will be able to buy new pins anymore. Just think how many great older titles you could buy with that cash. This is a dream title for me so I'm in. But for sure this will be my last nib purchase from Stern.

Topps used to sell plain ol' cards. Then they moved on to numbered cards, and one-of-a-kind cards with pieces of game-used items embedded in them.

Call me foolish but I'm really interested in the multiple translites. But I think it's a SLE only thing. 
For those of us that are gonna buy one of these there is a positive. It could have been released next year or later. We're saving money!!

He is the definitive artist for classic batman stuff. I was planning on using his stuff for the translite on my batman 66 retheme.

Nice to also see Burgess Meredith as he is missing on the slots.
Franchi's art is so well done it could be mistaken for stock library images. He usually paints from more common pictures of his subjects.

Machine looks amazing!!! Kinda disappointed on how stripped down the Pre version is. Not crazy about Batgirl taking up so much space on the backbox. Really hope Stern sells those toppers for the Pre.
Can someone confirm but I am NOT seeing the LCD tv on the PRE version. If they took that off the PRE I'm gonna be seriously pissed.

You're right. Only the Pre has no side armor.
Hopefully you SLE owners can give the rest of us some insight on how the Hot Wheels cars are secured to the playfield. It looks like the Batmobile and Batboat are on a plastic platform? I got my set ready for my Premium.

I remember flipping past the daytime re-runs and thinking that Batman looked a little bit, how you would say, "light in the loafers" and that a strong breeze would probably knock him over.
In the 70's this show was in heavy syndication. As a kid this show was the COOLEST thing on tv. Until the 80's there was no other live action Batman program to watch. The colors, villains and Batman & Robin taking off in that kick ass Batmobile was the s**t! Years later when I was an adult I got a whole new appreciation for the show's adult comedic campiness that was lost to me as a kid. Some of those lines still have me laughing out loud. Everyone has something special like this from their childhood that means a lot to them. For many of us this show is it. BM66 is the icing on the cake for us. It's the two best things from our childhood and adulthood rolled into one. Regardless of your age I hope everyone gets their dream theme made eventually. It's a pretty awesome feeling.

There's no mention on the Pre flyer of a signed card by Adam. I thought the first 180 Pre were gonna be signed?

I completely agree about the flap covering Catwoman's head should be fixed. But modifying it or cutting a new smaller one couldn't be that difficult.

This is shocking if true. Even a pin with less than 100 plays is one thing....USED! I'd never expect to get back what I paid selling a used game. And I sure as hell am not gonna pay full price for a used game no matter how rare it's perceived to be.
I really wanted to get in on that 30 years Stern book but the whole kickstarter idea kinda left a sour taste in my mouth. Not to mention all the other crap Stern has been pulling the last year. The least they can do is show some damn gameplay at this point.

I picked up the plastic protectors and bat signal mod from Little Shop. Very nicely done and highly recommended.
