Anyone have experience with BASF R-M DC-5335 clearcoat on playfields? Durability?
My autobody guy says that's what he uses on cars but he used the words "urethane clearcoat" which concerned me.
If it's good, any advice on eyedropper-ing it to level around inserts? I was thinking two shots of clear, then eyedropping low spots, sanding, two more coats.
He also mentioned he uses an adhesion promoter in his autobody work. Compatible with PF artwork?
I've been restoring a Flash playfield with a lot of Vid inspired frisket/HF airbrush work. Wouldn't want to kill the project with the wrong clear.
Thanks for advice, guidance, and expertise.
