That's where the pinball machines go.

    Quoted from punkin:

Why not build the house stronger, and go up?

    Stronger than a Tornado?

Water table is probably the real issue; I mean why not go down further and have 2 basements? That would be kick ass. Like people that live in old Missile Silos.

    Quoted from PopBumperPete:

Basically, in Australia, we do not need them, pubs have them to keep the beer cold....

I'd rather just walk to the basement to get beer then the Pub.

    Quoted from rkahr:

No mention of the boomerang kid moving into the basement after college?

I'll build a shed for them

    Quoted from ultimategameroom:

Walk out basements are a dream come true for most pinball and arcade collectors,
Especially if there is a turn in the basement stairs!
Just make sure that you install a French door and not a sliding door so both panels open to give you a full 6 ft opening.

Only issue is a lot of the time they shitty path to get to them. Every once in a while when moving a Whitewater up a huge slope in 9" of snow I'd just rather take it in the front door. But damn it must be great to just roll them in!

Asked and answered. At this point you're trolling.

    Pretty standard

Just rename this to "Punkin's bitch thread"
Yes we understand that you don't think basements are necessary...

    So bizarre.

    Quoted from punkin:

More reasonable people seem to be enjoying the discussion, and i have not bitched about anything except rude meanness not in keeping with the thread like you are displaying.
You don't understand what i think at all, you are just transposing.
    And punkin is not capitalized.

    Are you having a stroke?
