Not sure why everyone is talking about a pre-pay model. this is not pay to reserve a game. This is basically charity. Comparing this to a preorder is totally moot, as you're not recieving anything in turn for your money, at all. You're completely donating whatever you do give, and nor is there any big rush to give, or impetus for you to do so other than feeling some desire to share the wealth and see if B.O. can get back to designing pins with evil, evil, outlanes.

Comparing this to a preorder is OF LITTLE OR NO PRACTICAL VALUE because you're not being promised anything in return for your money, whereas with a preorder, you would be. It is completely pointless to make the comparison.
