OK, so I moved my Barracora to another location and when I get it back together and put all the connectors on the game won't start up. The out hole kicker is cycling and so... I go to the switch test. Switches: 4, 12,20,28,36 all show up. Those #'s are sequentially by 8 so... I check the man-well and this is the 4th row wht-yel.

I reseat the connector with the why-yel wire to the board. No change
I reseat the chips to the board. No change.
I reseat the 40 pin connector between boards. No change.
Looking at the solder joints on the back of the board, they all look good.

I do not have a multimeter to test the solder joints or check the ends of the chain on wht/yel connections for a broken wire. I will get to that tomorrow.

Any suggestions?

Thank you.
