Wow WOZ, that's just beautiful! You give me hope that there's still a really nice playfield out there somewhere.

That Barracora is in New Albany, IN. It looks great but I've already committed to another pin and can't bring in 2! AAAHHH bad timing!

Finally able to join the club! I picked up a project from a very nice guy named Fred in Kansas and worked has finally slowed down so I can spend some time with her. Fred disclosed the cpu board and driver boards were going to need some work and that he needed to replace the displays. There was a bunch of corroded parts and burns on the boards so I picked up 2 used ones for $20 each. Now the game powers on with all the GI and inserts working in attract mode. The diagnostic on the cpu reads 0 and disappears as it should but all displays are out. The sounds work if I press the test button on the sound card. This is my first system 7 game so please be gentle with the noob. I don't see a test point on the main display board that the displays plug into. Could someone point me in the right direction on how to determine if my displays need to be replaced or aren't getting power.I can't run the game diagnostics without the displays. Also I have 2 wires that come from the harness labeled "D" on the power supply board that aren't attached to anything. I also don't have a 10Amp SB fuse in F4 for the flippers.Someone has put NU I'm guessing for not used across the fuse space but I see in the manual it's required. Since I can't start a game or add credits I can't check the flippers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.20140519_143429.jpg20140519_215023.jpg20140524_102325.jpg

Did some reading on pinwiki and found that the .25 amp fuse that is associated with the displays is burnt. Both radio shacks and 2auto supply stores later to find that no one carries smaller than 1 amp around here. While waiting for the fuse to come in I'll see if I can find a shorted chip on the display driver that usually is the culprit. Anyone have an idea where the 2 unconnected wires that come from that harness marked "D" should be going to?

The cabinet is a 7.5 There are nicks and scratches and some areas that were touched up. Instead of trying to fix the GI area and the upper left hand side of the power supply board,(which someone already sloppily worked on,) I'm buying a new board.

Yes King, Fred custom built a crate around the pin for safe shipping.

Welcome back home Miss Barracora! So happy to be rejoining the club. Shout out to Mike, (PINNUT,) who was nice enough to offer her to me at a lower price if I would finish up all the work. All the displays are missing their 5th and 6th digit until the game warms up for a game and then they work fine. Flipper relay was a little tight and needed some manipulation before it responded. Only 1 bad area on the backglass and thankfully its in the black area. Playfield looks pretty nice but after seeing some of the examples in this thread I might join the cpr preorder page. The cab is solid with just a few gouges in the center of the left side. It did come with a bunch of complimentary wrapping tape all over the side rails and lockdown bar that required some goo gone. The legs look their age and the feet are rusted in. I ordered some new feet and will attempt to install them but new legs might be necessary as well. I would order them from pinball life but they offer chrome ones and these are black. Anyone know where to get the right legs? 20190312_161220 (resized).jpg20190313_214707 (resized).jpg

Quoted from BobLangelius:

I think the correct Sys7 legs are chrome.

Thanks Bob! There's only that one pic with legs and when I 1st looked at it with the shadows they looked black but now that I looked again I can see the reflection of the cord in the right leg. OooooK now I have to order 2 sets of legs!
