I would say be careful about using "Barcade". It is a registered trademark of the chain of bar/arcades that goes by that name. I am not sure if the trademark applies in Canada but the group is very litigious.
As simple as it sounds, think about the music that you are going to have in the bar. In the States it is considered a public performance of the music and must be licensed as such. If you go with a jukebox company, make sure they are properly licensed.
One of the key things you will need to do is figure out how to draw people in on slow nights. Fridays and Saturdays take care of themselves. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, not so much. Over the years I have watched places do quarter match Tuesdays, karaoke Wednesdays, trivia Thursdays, etc.
