    Do a few things really well. Keep it simple and don't overextend to the point of doing everything OK.

    Offer a range of beer from good craft beer (note that not all local craft beer is actually GOOD, talk to someone who knows), to $2 Pabst / Tecate / Miller lite (or whatever).

    Everything on free play nights (mid week a couple times a month).
    Pinball league - get people in the doors on non-weekend evenings
    If games are your draw, make sure they are playing AMAZING. Rotate the lineup.

    Constantly talk to your customers to find out what is and isn't working.
